With a custom written Management Information System we can track all orders in realtime through the factory and linked to the Web can trace all consignments to the customer.
Our delivery times have frequently been referred to as the envy of the industry by our customers, and due to a policy of continuous replacement and updating of our production machinery we remain able to produce complex and specialist work within hours rather than days or weeks. An average turnaround for printed labels is 2-3 days with 5 working days from receipt regarded as the maximum delivery time for all but the longest print runs. Blank labels can be dispatched or collected next day if required.
We generally receive artwork by email and 24-48 hour turnaround is commonplace. We aim to produce proofs within a few hours and If combined with fast customer proof approval a turnaround time of just hours is an everyday occurrence.
Over 3000 different label sizes are available as roll labels including circles, ovals, rectangles, squares and assorted shapes - most of which can be printed either digitally or flexo.
A4 sheets are available, many of which are compatible with standard computer software layouts and with over 250 ready to use layouts we can accommodate most sheet label requirements within hours.
Continued investment has allows us to produce all pre-press work in house to ensure quality and speed of service.
As our name suggests speed is always the key to our label printing and therefore all repro and platemaking is done in house to ensure consistency and the highest quality even in the tightest deadlines.
